For Chip Seal Coat and Spray Patching 2023 Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds Bidders shall pre-qualify by submitting a Bidder's Proof of Responsibility to the Owner five days prior to the Bid Deadline in accordance with Wis. Stat. 66.29(2).
