As of March 7, 2023, this project was not awarded and will be rebid in the future. The Project is described as: provide a complete rooftop fall protection safety equipment installation project located at 585 7th Street, Oakland, California. Provide a full turn-key project which may consist of replacing the existing 12' exterior fixed ladder at the top of the building, 7th St. side with a 16' ladder, replacing the 22' exterior fixed ladder at the top of the building, 6th St. side, installing per permanent fall protection guardrails around the perimeter of the 6th and 7th St. rooftops, and providing additional fall protection safety equipment and installation to be in compliance with current local, federal, and state safety standards including ANSI, CSA, OSHA.
