Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Houghton Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for the expansion of an educational facility.
Bid Pack 1 - Collins Elementary Bid Pack 2 - JR/SR High School Bid Pack 3 - Community Education Building Direct all inquiries to the construction manager. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 2-17-2023. The Project will utilize separate prime contractors. All contracts for construction will be direct contracts with the Owner. Overall administration of the Project will be the responsibility of the Construction Management Firm, Wolgast Corporation, 4835 Towne Centre, Suite 203, Saginaw, Michigan 48604, Phone: (989) 790-9120, Fax: (989) 790-9063. The Owner will award contracts on or about March 13, 2023, to separate prime contractors for separate bid divisions or combinations of bid divisions. A Bidder may submit a proposal on more than one Bid Division; however, a separate bid must be submitted for each Bid Division of a combined bid. All bids shall be submitted on the bid forms provided in the project specifications, completely filled in, and executed (copies of the bid forms are acceptable). Facsimile bids will not be accepted. All questions regarding the bidding procedures, design, and drawing/specification intent are to be directed to the Construction Manager on a Clarification Request Form (Section 00310), attention Dale Schwerin at dschwerin@wolgast.com
