For White Rock 2023 Capital Projects The project consists of replacement of approximately 1,800-linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer, associated manholes, and sewer laterals with cleanouts within the existing street right-of-way on Kuhn Road, Deer Road, Spring Lane, and Dogwood Terrace. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
