Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid package, particularly to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 15% of the contract price. CEDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any technicalities which it deems are in the best interest of CEDA and to consider the competency and responsibility of the bidder before the award of the contract and to award the bid accordingly. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
