Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
There are Two (2) steam boilers with gas/oil burners produce low pressure steam for use in glycol heating and for steam humidifiers in air handling systems located in the penthouse. During the annual boiler inspection on the steam boilers the service provider notify us that the tubes in Unilux steam boiler S- 2630 are no longer viable and they are leaking and therefore the one boiler will not be operational in the heating season.
