Site work and paving for a road / highway in Council, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes Recycled Asphalt Base and HMA paving of 2.2 miles of roadway (approximately 4,400 tons of HMA paving). Neither the Engineer nor Owner shall be held responsible for any oral instruction. All questions or requests for additional information must be submitted in writing to the County's engineering consultant no later than 5:00 pm on February 20, 2023. Any changes to the Plan and Specifications will be in the form of a written addendum which will be made available to all plan holders by Close of Business on February 22, 2023. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% The work will be Substantially Complete in accordance with paragraph 14.04 of the General Conditions within 15 working days. The Work will start no later than August 10, 2023, and be complete no later than August 31, 2023. The work will be finally complete and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 10 working days of Substantial Completion.
