**As of July 31, 2023 project was awarded to KDEpps Enterprises but awarded amount is not available.** The Bibb County School District Is Seeking a Contractor to Provide Renovations to the Professional Learning Center. Scope of Services: The district is requesting painting services to include: . Patch and finish holes and cracks in drywall as needed. . Apply primer as needed. . Apply 2 coats of Pro-Mar 200 (Flat), or equivalent, to sheetrock walls. . Apply 2 coats of Pre-Catalyzed Epoxy (Semi-gloss), or equivalent, to block walls. . Apply 2 coats of Industrial enamel (Gloss) to all door frames. . Color to be determined by owner. .Price includes all labor, materials, installation, and job completion. .Painting includes all 4 sections of building as instructed by Owner and drawings. .Does not include painting lite kit trim on doors. The district assumes all costs to accomplish these goals are included in the RFP
