Description: The awarded firm will be responsible for the design, and operation of an electronic billboard sign located at Events Park. The intention is for the City of Broken Arrow to lease property to a Vendor in which said Vendor will utilize property to provide a complete double sided electric billboard sign, to be located near the Creek Turnpike. The Vendor shall provide all necessary design, materials, incidentals, methods, and installation labor necessary to furnish a complete sign ready for use. All material shall be new and free from defects, meet all current design standards and be constructed by the successful Vendor's installation contractor in a manner that will assure a quality and long-lasting sign, complete with manufacturers warranties. The sign will be operated by the Vendor. The City of Broken Arrow is to lease the land to the Vendor for a negotiable period, with the option of renewal at the end of lease. A portion of the signs advertising slots shall be granted to the City of Broken Arrow for use.
