The City of East Providence is seeking Request for Proposals from Qualified Roofing Contractors to replace the roof at the East Providence Police Department. The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the proposal statement and to accept the proposal of any company based on what the City deems to be in its best interest. Any wet insulation shall be removed and replaced Install new wood blocking as required to receive new insulation Install 2 polyisocyanurate insulation and cover board over the existing insulation Install 080 TPO Mechanically Fastened Rhino Bond Roofing System or Equal Install new roof access hatch with safety rail to match existing opening Install 5,250 square feet of paver system over the completed roof on the west side surrounding the antenna area using the Unity Surfacing Pavers System or Equal Install additional paver system around perimeter of existing roof top units and walkways from roof hatch to rooftop units and antenna area Furnish and install .040 aluminum edge metal at perimeters and scuppers All roofing, flashings, drains, edges, expansion joints, penetrations, etc. shall be completed in accordance with the manufacturers latest specifications Furnish the roofing manufacturers 25Year Total System Warranty Remove all debris from site
