The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown. The Court Street Vault Infills Project includes the construction of Infilling Vaults located below Sidewalks with Concrete Flowable Fill (CLSM) and Compacted Granular Fill including Concrete and CMU Structural Walls, and as further detailed in the bidding documents including all necessary appurtenances as shown in the specifications and bidding documents and as directed by the City Engineer. 2. New Concrete Sidewalks are not part of this Contract.
