Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Roberval, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Project consists of developments in the D and E wing on the third floor (following the opening of the new seniors' home and alternative home in Roberval) to develop clinical-administrative spaces (outpatient clientele), the demolition of wing H (outpatient psychiatry clinic and administrative offices), rehabilitation of the site and construction of a new heliport to develop a new service offer (air medical transport) to the population of the Domaine-du-Roy territory and around. Phase 1: development of the 3rd floor of Wing D and E: office space and ambulatory clinic; Phase 2: Wing H demolition; Phase 3: construction of a new heliport. TIMELINE: Contract for an implementation study and conceptual design has been awarded to the consultants following contract agreement # 4501096144. Reference # 20014368.
