Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to T he Board of Education of the Special Services School District and the Vocational School District of the County of Atlan tic , for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000.00. All Bidders will be required to submit performance security, in the form of a Performance Bond, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total value of the Contract. At the time of bid submission, all Bidders will be required to submit a Consent of Surety indic ating that such surety will provide the Performance Bond if the Bidder is awarded a contract. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A - 18, 18A:18A - 2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A - 4(a - c), 18A:18A - 22, to disqualify the bidder(s) failing to comply with the Instructions to Bidders, and to waive any non - material informalities in a bidder's proposal, in accordance with applicable law. .
