PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Date of Award through one year with four (4) successive one-year options All inquiries for information should be directed via email to the contract officer listed above, referencing the RFP by title and number. No questions will be accepted after 1 March 2023. The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a term contract with one or more qualified Contractors to provide monthly preventative maintenance (examination and lubrication), corrective maintenance, emergency repairs and annual certification for elevators, lifts and dumbwaiters on current, and future properties owned and/or leased by the University of Mary Washington (UMW or "the University"). Note: As used in this RFP, "elevator" includes elevators (passenger and freight), lifts and dumbwaiters. The current list of elevators, lifts and dumbwaiters is included as Attachment (C) to this solicitation. It is intended for the resulting contract to include cooperative language for the benefit of all public bodies and other entities referenced herein.
