Hillsdale Community Schools (HCS) will receive sealed bid proposals from qualified suppliers for the project: HHS Cafeteria Equipment. The equipment includes the following: 1. Serving Counter, Cold Food (3) 2. Serving Counter, Hot Food, Electric (4) 3. Cashier Stands (2) Questions and comments by supplier shall be addressed to Laura Call, Hillsdale Community Schools Food Service Director at laura.call@hillsdaleschools.org prior to February 15, 2023. All bid proposals shall be submitted on the bid proposal forms provided in the specification book and completed in accordance with the bid proposal instructions. All bidders shall provide signed and notarized forms as found in the specification booklet: 1. Affidavit disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Bidder or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the HCS or the superintendent of the HCS in accordance with MCL 380.1267. 2. Affidavit of compliance for the Iran Economic Sanctions Act certifying the contractor does and will comply with MCL 129.3312. 3. Statement of Conflict of Interest certifying the Bidder does and will comply with MCL 15.322 4. Statement that bidder is not a Suspended or Debarred Vendor in the State of Michigan The Project will be awarded on or about February 27, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept a bid other than the low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bid proposals which they feel to be in their own best interest.
