Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves: Supply, delivery and installation of all components necessary to construct the project are described below: - Re-pointing and cleaning of exterior masonry walls; - Replacement of existing asphalt shingle roof, including sheathing repair, new shingles, underlayment, protection, flashing, ridge caps, etc.; - New baffles to increase ventilation of the roof/attic; - Upgrade of the existing HVAC systems, including new furnaces, ERV, condensing units, thermostat controls, etc.; - Electrical alterations/upgrades to accommodate new mechanical equipment and controls; -Replacement of existing sanitary sump pumps; - Replacement of existing hot water tank; - Provision of all mechanical, electrical, structural, and controls work, as required for the installation and commissioning of new required equipment and systems; - Testing and commissioning, verification and certification of systems; - Performance of work in full compliance with requirements of local governing codes and requirements of local governing authorities having jurisdiction, including coordination with all authorities having jurisdiction; Award is subject to final approval. - Coordination and scheduling of all trades and suppliers of the respective work, components and equipment; - Proper disposal off-site of mechanical equipment and materials; - Maintain site safety throughout the construction phase of the project through effective implementation of construction safety programs; - Any required utility shutdowns (power, water, heating, cooling, etc.) must be coordinated in advance with the City.
