The project includes, but is not limited to the following bid items: HMA Surface Removal 3", HMA Leveling Binder and Surface, Curb and Gutter Replacement, Sidewalk Replacement, Utility Structure Repair and Replacement, Thermoplastic Pavement Markings, and misc. concrete and PVC storm sewer.
