An award notice will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website located at www.sam.gov upon award. The award notice will include the awardee's name and address and total award amount. L.2.0 PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS. The proposal shall be submitted in two individual and separate parts consisting of (1) a technical proposal and (2) a price proposal. L.2.1 FORMAT AND CONTENT OF TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. There are one (1) non-price/cost evaluation factors. The technical proposal shall be organized by evaluation factor and sequenced in the order the in paragraph L.2.0 and shall not contain any price information. The offeror shall address the following factors in sufficient narrative and qualitative detail to be evaluated Period of Performance: 04/01/2023 to 10/15/2023 The work is located in Jackson County, Oregon. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (APR 1984) The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than October 15, 2023 after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. (End of clause) Alternate I (Apr1984). If the completion date is expressed as a specific calendar date, computed on the basis of the contractor receiving the notice to proceed by a certain day, add the following paragraph to the basic clause: The completion date is based on the assumption that the successful offeror will receive the notice to proceed by 4/28/2023. The completion date will be extended by the number of calendar days after the above date that the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, except to the extent that the delay in issuance of the notice to proceed
