NOTICE TO BIDDERS: RFB 23-CPPM-02 Frederick Community College (FCC) is requesting bids from qualified bidders for construction services related to the PARKING LOT REPAIRS and RESURFACING LOTS 6, 7 and 8 project, as described in the solicitation documents posted on the FCC Bid Board. The renovations are intended to provide improved facilities. This project consists of milling and resurfacing Parking Lots 6, 7 and 8, totaling approximately 14,000 sq. ft. and six (6) full depth patches in several locations around campus. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, 2 milling of Parking Lots 6, 7, and 8, and full depth repairs of indicated areas, removal and disposal of debris, repaving areas indicated and the repainting traffic markings of all affected work areas.
