Remove complete roof assembly including roofing membrane, insulation, gypsum sheathing and vapor Retarder to existing roof deck including debris and appurtences left from previous work from deck Flutes. Raise parapets to heights Indicated on drawings. Delete insulated fiberglass sandwich panel roofing and steel frame (roof j) and Infill with flat framing and low slope roofing. Provide ladders and fall protection anchors. Replace Roof access hatches. Repair storm drain pipe below gymnasium. Adjust controls and ductwork to Accommodate roofing installation with modifications per mechanical. Replace all roof drain bowls. Remove and reinstall ceilings for rain leader access, fan installation, and structural upgrades. Contractor to check roof decks for deflections. Report findings to asd project manager. Infill low Spots with suitable substrate board when directed by asd project manager. Revise electrical Entrance, revise storm drain outfall. Remove existing smoke hatches on roof e. Roof d, existing deck to Be replaced per the drawings. Remove skylight roof j and extend roof g. Alternate 1 = replace all roof panel 15 fascia panels with formed metal wall panels. See sheet a300. Alternate 2 = install new feeder for the relocatable from the mdp to utility pole west of roof a. Route New conduit within the building per the electrical plans.
