The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of a 9,600 square-foot municipal development. The Macomb County Purchasing Department will be receiving sealed proposals for the 42nd District Court Project This project consists of work at: Clemens Center 22 Market Street, Mount Clemens, MI 48043 The project consists of: Renovations to a portion of the Clemens Center building from old retail and restaurant space into new office and training room space. The renovation area is approximately 9,600 square feet.
