Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Drumbo, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The following is a general but not necessarily complete description of the works: The work comprises the reconstruction of McQueen Street South, Railway Street West, Victoria Street West, Elgin Street West, and Peter Street. The work includes: - 8,000 square metres of road asphalt removal - 78 sq. m of concrete sidewalk removal - 1,120 tonnes of HL8 base asphalt - 905m of new storm sewer varying from 1050 to 1350mm dia. with storm structures - 1,372m of new storm sewer varying from 250mm to 450mm dia. with storm structures - 373m of 1.5m wide concrete sidewalk - 2,440m of concrete curb - 3,950 tonnes of Granular 'A' - 11,100 tonnes of Granular 'B' - Restoration of 7,340 square metres of boulevard - Restoration of 2,081 square metres of driveway restoration This contract has no sanitary sewers and limited watermain work.
