Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Castle Rock, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and office development.
The construction cost for this project is estimated to be $140,000 –$160,000. This project involves a renovation of an existing office area of the castle rock fire station. The renovation includes but is not limited to the relocation of two bathrooms with new fixtures, removal of interior partitions and installation of new interior partitions, replacement of the storefront window/door system, and the addition of exterior wall furring to add insulation.
