Houston, Texas 77026) Security Wall Installation / Drainage Improvement - Multi-scope Award YES Prep is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms to facilitate the installation of security walls and drainage improvements at our Northside Secondary campus. Project scope (1) safety wall conversions shall consist of: Selective "salvage for reuse" demo of two isolated sections of PBR panels as noted per plans, installation of CRL BRF300 Bullet resistant min. 7/16" fiberglass panels fasten over 3 5/8" metal studs on the east sides of both wing walls as illustrated per plans. All Panels shall be U.L 752 rated; protection level min. 3 SPSA. Before installation, the contractor shall verify that all supports have been installed as required by the contract documents and the architectural drawing. All joints shall be reinforced by a back-up layer of bullet resistive material. The bullet resistance of the joint, as reinforced, shall be at least equal to that of the panel.
