The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish contract(s) to furnish and install of commercial fencing materials and Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) specified fencing materials for road rights-of-way, fencing adjacent to roadways, and fencing associated with bridges. Contracts awarded through this solicitation will be available to all State agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members, on an as needed basis. Contracts may be used for new installation, for repairs of existing fences, and for installation of owner supplied fencing materials. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Tou Yang, Buyer, via email at Tou.D.Yang@state.mn.us by February 16, 2023, no later than 4:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
