Bids for Cleaning Services for Ellsworth City Hall The City of Ellsworth is currently accepting bids for the cleaning of Ellsworth City Hall. Cleaning shall be 3 times per week. FAX and email bids will be accepted until the time/date deadline. The City's FAX number is 667-4908 and email address is jm- clean@ellsworthmaine.gov Questions concerning the specifications may be addressed to Jim McLean, Facilities Director, at 207-669-6625 or jmclean@ells- worthmaine.gov The City of Ellsworth reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. The City of Ellsworth specifically reserves the right to cancel any unfilled portion of the contract should the services of equipment supplied by the vendor be unsatisfactory or are inconsistent with the terms of the contract. The bid duration is for a period of one year beginning March 2023- July 2024. After the first year, all contracts will be for a period of 6/1-7/31 annually.
