Cost Range: $1,100,000 - $1,400,000 Remodeling of the City of Cibolo City Hall and complete renovation of the HVAC system, located at 200 S. Main, Cibolo, TX 78108. Project includes remodeling, architectural changes, and the complete removal of the old HVAC system and installation of a new commercial HVAC system. Question Deadline 02/23/2023 at 10:00 AM CT The work consists of a multi phased scope of work, which includes replacing the HVAC system and alterations of the existing floor plan. A proposed phasing plan has been included in the contract documents. 1. Demolition and replacement of existing HVAC system with 3 VRF systems with 3 DOAS systems. 2. Ceiling Work: All ceilings (tile and grid) will be replaced in areas where mechanical scope is defined. 3. Owner to have rights to any equipment being demolished. Contractor to notify Owner when equipment has been removed, and available onsite. If Owner does not elect to salvage, contractor to properly dispose of equipment. 4.
