Site work for a water / sewer project in Dresden, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope is to add sanitary sewer line extension for new city facility being planned. A Certified Check or Cashiers Check, payable to THE CITY OF DRESDEN, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid, shall be submitted with Bid in excess of $100,000. Successful Bidders, submitting a Labor and Material Bid in excess of $100,000 will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds equal to 100% of the Bid Amount. Bonds must name both The City of Dresden & Henson Construction Services as Obligees. The City of Dresden is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in any way.
