**As of April 20, 2023 , this project has been awarded to Hancock & Sons Construction, Inc. for $198,024** The Project consists of purchasing, delivery, and installation of one (1) mobile 750 gallon per minute vacuum prime centrifugal pump to the City of Camila public works department and all necessary appurtenances for a complete installation per specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All permits required for the construction of this project are expected to be approved prior to the date of the bid opening. Acquisition of property for easements, right of way, etc. is not expected to be required for this project. This project is expected to be funded all or in part by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authoritys (GEFA) Drinking Water State Revolving Loan fund. The construction contract will be subject to GEFAs Supplemental General Conditions for Federally Assisted State Revolving Loan Fund Construction Contracts including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements and Davis Bacon & Related Act requirements. Additionally, the contract will be subject to GEFAs American Iron and Steel Special Conditions and Information for Federally Assisted State Revolving Loan Fund Construction Contracts.
