The Town of Dennis is seeking bids to provide GRASS MOWING SERVICES at certain Town-owned properties. The scope of services shall include: cutting of grass; line trimming along edges of grass at walkways, planting beds, driveways, poles, fences, buildings and other similar structures; and the collection and proper disposal of trimmings. All walkways, drives, etc. shall be swept or blown clean of debris created by the cutting operations at each time the grass is cut, leaving the property in a clean, presentable condition. Each property shall be mowed once each week beginning April 1st 2023 and continuing through June 30th 2023. The contractor shall coordinate with the Town as the season approaches to define a specific start date for the work, understanding that weather could impact the commencement of the work. Due to the nature of use at the different facilities, the contractor shall prepare and submit a schedule for cuttings so the work under this contract will not interfere with planned activities at the respective properties. The contractor shall provide the Town with certificates insurance listing the Town of Dennis as "Additional Insured" and providing the coverages as specified in the bid package.
