Site work for a water / sewer project in Gypsum, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
No Bid Bond, so stand by your submittal and complete the work. Town Council (T.C.) selection on February 14, 2023 at a 7 PM public meeting. Notice to Proceed- as soon as all contract documents are signed and received from the Council selected bidder. Short Form Agreement, but with no warranty. See insurance requirements in Section 12 on page 7/14. Disposal of mud, muck/organics, and clean soil to be free at the Gun Club. Contractor to spread about 8" to 12" deep after it dries. Invoices submitted by the first or third Tuesday of the month will be paid on the 2nd or 4th Tuesday of the month respectively. Hours of operation: 7 AM to 7 PM Work completed and ready for punch list No Later Than (NLT) March 10, 2023 at 3 PM. Weather delays by PW consensus only. 100% complete and accepted by Jeff Shreeve NLT March 15, 2023 at 3 PM. Bidder shall supply all labor, equipment, fuel and trucking to haul export excavation materials to Gun Club site, or site of their own. Management of any infiltration water flow to be included in unit prices
