Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Portland, Oregon. Design plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The Port is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams of firms (the "Provider" or "Providers") capable of providing professional design services for seismically resilient reconstruction of Runway 10R-28L (South Runway) at Portland International Airport. The Provider shall also be capable of providing strategic airfield operations planning, including evaluation of aircraft parameters along with runway operating requirements. This project will consist of three phases: Design services, scope confirmation services, and construction services. Only Phase 1 will be covered under the initial contract. Phases 2 and 3 will be contracted for under separate contract amendments conditioned on funding availability and the Provider's satisfactory performance to date as determined by the Port in its sole discretion.
