The City of Phoenix Aviation Department ("City", "Aviation Department") invites sealed offers from qualified vendors to repair, maintain, replace, install, test and inspect (collectively referred to as "Services") overhead, roll-up and automated doors including all associated components and equipment at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Deer Valley Airport, and Goodyear Airport (collectively referred to as "Airports"). The City of Phoenix Aviation Department ("City", "Aviation Department") invites sealed offers from qualified vendors to repair, maintain, replace, install, test and inspect (collectively referred to as "Services") overhead, roll-up and automated doors including all associated components and equipment at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Deer Valley Airport, and Goodyear Airport (collectively referred to as "Airports"). The Services will be provided on an "as-needed" basis, for a five (5)-year period commencing on or about June 1, 2023, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein in the following categories: o Group 1 - Airport Hangar Doors, Overhead Doors, and Dock Leveling Devices o Group 2 - Automatic Sliding, Swinging and Bi-fold Doors The City reserves the right to change dates and/or locations as necessary, and the City does not always hold a Pre-Offer Conference or Site visit.
