The works include the replacement of the existing structure with a pre-assembled fiberglass station and the replacement of the existing single-phase 230-volt emergency power supply system with a new three-phase, 347/600-volt system. The activities will be carried out under the Gas Tax and Quebec Contribution Program (TECQ) Documents available: Any person or company must obtain the tender documents and specifications through the electronic tendering system. Guarantee : All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of ninety (90) days [AT1] from the date of opening of tenders, in the form of a certified cheque, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a tender bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a permit issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies(RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (LC, 1991, c. 46), otherwise the submission will be automatically rejected.
