As of January 31, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. For Wastewater Treatment Plant Drum Screen Addition Furnish and install a 3.6MGD SAVI Flo-Drum Tank Mounted Rotating Drum Screen Model VSA1000/5-T including Chute, Control Panel, Instrumentation, modification to existing switch racks, duct banks, conduit, wire, light additions, and all necessary electrical and appurtenances. Furnish and Install Drum Screen Platform including modifications/connection to existing platform, steps, walkways, concrete shaft foundations, catwalk extension, and appurtenances. Site work to include site preparation, yard piping, valves, bends, disposal of demolished material, connection to existing manhole, connection to existing splitter box, bollards, crushed concrete access road extension, removal and replacement of crushed concrete access road, drill shafts/foundations for pipe supports, dumpster slab, and all necessary appurtenances. By-pass lift station force main as needed for pipe connections and modifications to headworks. All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted electronically. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
