Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 7 The Lac-Saint-Jean school service center wishes to obtain tenders to retain the services of a contractor in order to carry out the following works: The purchase, the removal of the old elevator as well as the installation of the new one. The place of performance of the construction work is as follows: Pavillon Wilbrod-Dufour, 850, Ave Bégin Sud, Alma, G8B 2X6 All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the bid excluding options and all applicable taxes, in the form of a bid bond, irrevocable letter of guarantee or certified check, issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under of the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives(RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46), failing which the tender will be automatically rejected.
