Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
Furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the "Bridgeland Prairieland Village Sec 25 and Migration Way and Perennial Crossing Street Dedication Water Distribution System, Non-Potable Water Distribution System, Water Well Collection System, Sanitary Collection System, Strom Drainage System, and Street Paving." Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 6,200 LF of 8-inch waterline and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 3,000 LF of 8-inch through 12-inch non-potable waterline and all appurtenances 3. Approx. 380 LF of 12-inch water well collection line and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 5,000 LF of 8-inch through 24-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 5. Approx. 4,700 LF of 24-inch through 60-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances 6. Approx. 18,700 SY of 6-inch and 8-inch subgrade preparation 7. Approx. 17,500 SY of 6-inch and 7-inch reinforced concrete pavement 8. Approx. 11,200 LF of reinforced concrete curb A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and amaintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
