Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Three Lakes, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Excavation, base course replacement, concrete flatwork, replacement of light poles bases and decorative light poles on USH 45 (Superior Street) from Anderson Street to Winkler Road. The contract consists of the following approximate quantities: crushed aggregate base course ( 3/4 -inch) (800 tons), concrete sidewalk (35,500 square feet), asphalt driveways (870 square yards) and light pole replacement (26 each). The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Town of Three Lakes within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal road construction.
