Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lees Summit, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, driveway approaches, placement of ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, removal of asphalt pavement, provide traffic control, restore landscaping, asphalt patching and other subsidiary work as specified in the Contract Documents, including all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any other items necessary to complete the work. questions must be received by 12:00PM on Thursday, February 16, 2023.
