This Bid Request is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of Curbside collection services, including the collection and processing of leaf and yard waste. Question Deadline: Fri Mar 3, 2023 4:30:00 PM (EST) Duration in months: 0 There are no scheduled information sessions for this Bid Request. The Contractor will be required to enter into the Contract with the Owner for the provision of the Deliverables as stated in this Bid Request. It is the Owner's intention to enter into the Contract with only one (1) legal entity. The Contractor shall commence work under the Contract on or about Friday, September 1, 2023 September 1, 2023 to October 15, 2023 (transition period) October 16, 2023 (Curbside collection is to commence in full operations) The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of seven (7) years, with an option in favour of Haldimand County to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional three (3) terms of up to one (1) year each, pending annual budget approval. This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the CanadaEuropean Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and in accordance to Haldimand County's Procurement Policy
