Waiver of Claims: by Tendering a Response to the Rfb, the Bidder Acknowledges That It Has Read and Fully Understands the Requirements for Submitting a Bid and the Process Used by the District for Selecting a Bidder for the Above Project. By Submitting a Bid, the Bidder Fully, Voluntarily and Understandingly Waives and Releases Any and All Claims Against the District and Each of Its School Board Trustees, Agents and/or Employees That Could Arise Out of the Administration, Evaluation, or Selection of Any Bid Submitted to the District S Rfb. The Scope of Work (SOW) for the demolition and construction of drainage mitigation structures includes but is not limited to the following: 1.3.1 Removal of existing drainage structure on northwest side of school facility and replace with new concrete drainage structure to mitigate erosion and flooding. 1.3.2 Construct new and reshape existing drainage channels along the south side of the school facility to mitigate erosion and flooding. 1.3.3 Construction of a new concrete retaining wall on the northeast side of the facility to stabilize the existing slopes and properly channel water to drainage areas.
