The Region of Peel is seeking a Vendor to provide septage/wastewater removal and disposal from various Agency Water, Wastewater and Waste Management facilities in the Regional Municipality of Peel, on an as required basis. The Vendor and applicable sub-contractors must possess a valid Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) (previously called Certificates of Approval) Waste Management System for Sewage Haulage at the time of Bidder Submission, Contract award, and throughout the duration of the Contract Term, and be in possession of a Region of Peel Sewage Hauler Permit prior to commencement of Work. Bidders may bid on and be awarded Part A - Water and Waste Management Facilities Scheduled Load Haulage, Part B- Wastewater Hourly Rate Haulage and Services OR BOTH Part A and Part B. Duration in months: 12
