The Everett School District No. 2, Snohomish County, Washington, is calling for Bids for the Silver Lake Elementary School Building "B" Boiler Replacement, located at 12815 Bothell-Everett Highway, Everett, WA 98208. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidders to deliver bids by the date and time and in the manner indicated. Late bids will not be considered and will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Everett School District No. 2 reserves the right, as described in the Instructions to Bidders, to postpone the Bid opening, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid process, and to reject any or all Bids. Briefly, the scope of the work includes: Replace boilers in the Silver Lake Elementary School Building !'B". These boilers supply heating water to two (2) buildings on campus, Buildings "B" and "C". Project will include new boilers, new hydronic pumps and appurtenances and replacement of all of the hydronic piping within the boiler room, except for what needs to remain as part of the distribution feeds. Boilers are to have BACnet communication cards which will tie into the existing Allerton BACtalk DDC system. The existing Alerton IBEX system components will be replaced and upgraded to provide BACtalk to all. mechanical systems in both buildings 'B" and "C" by ATS Automation inc. All existing terminal unit 3-way control valves will be replaced by new 2-way control valves to allow for variable speed pumping. Hydronic loop chemicals to be by State Chemical, the district's chemical. supplier. Add Alternate #1 will upgrade the BACtalk system to provide Demand Controlled Ventilation to all classrooms in buildings "B" and "C". Everett School District mechanical standards to be the basis of design. General Contractors may obtain three sets of Contract Documents, and Mechanical and Electrical Contractors may obtain one set.
