Account #470-CAQP-ET44-00 This project consists of the fit-up of approximately 3,300 sf shell spaces inside the existing Student Center building. Spaces to include office space and a computer classroom. Construction to include flooring, metal stud and gypsum walls, ceiling tiles, new lights, data and extension of mechanical and plumbing systems to service spaces The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, Commonwealth of Kentucky, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Commonwealth may be served. Estimate: $247,781.00 Estimated Length of Project: 120 (Substantial Completion) + 30 (Final Completion) No questions will be answered at the site visit. All technical questions shall be emailed to the architect/engineer of record for this project. All procurement questions shall be directed to buyer of record for this project All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee (in the form of a bid bond or certified check) of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the lump sum base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and a separate 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instructions to Bidders and/or General Conditions. Bonds should be executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
