The base bid estimate range is $150,000 - $200,000. Time of completion is 65 calendar days. All work completed for the Metropolitan Park District will be considered a public works project with prevailing wage documentation required. BID SET - 2.6.2023 In accordance with Metro Parks Tacoma Policy No. 200.023, Resolution No. RR38-16, Owner shall strive to attain an overall MWBE participation goal of 8% of all public work construction dollars awarded for projects exceeding $20,000.00 including subcontractors.
