Contractor shall fabricate, deliver and assemble an Aluminum Structural Plate Arch with Structural Plate Headwall per the specifications of this solicitation. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Sandra Mullins at Sandra.Mullins@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on February 9, 2023. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award through April 15, 2023 (nonrenewable) The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest.
