Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

1. To furnish and install (1) pair of new EFCO T300 medium doors into an existing hollow metal frame with hardware as listed below. o Butt hinges o Adams Rite MS dead lock with keyed BEST cylinders with construction cores both sides. o Ultraline pull handle o 10" bottom rail o LCN 4040 closer with parallel arm and drop plate on (1) door o No threshold o No door sweep a. Finish of doors to be dark bronze anodized. b. Glazing to be 1/4 " clear tempered 2. Furnish and Install: a. (8) CRL 10" bottom rail adapters to inside and outside of (4) existing doors to make them ADA compliant. b. (3) Horton 7100 Automatic operators with (6) wireless wall switches to existing doors. c. Finish of operators and door bottoms to be dark bronze. d. Caulking to be DOWSIL CWS to match. Insurance The selected firm must provide a certificate of insurance satisfactory to the City of Laconia (see attached Insurance Requirements form). Proposal Requirements Three copies of a proposal for services should be delivered to the City of Laconia Finance Office Attention: Purchasing Specialist, 45 Beacon Street East, Laconia, NH 03246 by 2:00pm, February 15, 2023. The proposal should include the following: 1. A brief description of the firm and its related experience in similar projects including appropriate summaries of projects. 2. Specification sheets of the proposed doors. 3. Applicable warranty information. 4. A minimum of two (2) references, with contact information, from customers who have contracted similar services. 5. Anticipated schedule of work. 6. A comprehensive cost proposal. Selection and Evaluation Criteria After receipt of proposals, the City will evaluate the proposals and will use the following criteria in its evaluation: 1. Qualifications of the vendors. Considered in this category will be the: a. Relevant experience of the vendor in installations. b. Reputation of the firm based on references. 2. Technical approach of the proposal to include responsiveness to meet or exceed the requirements of this proposal request. 3. Proposed door, hardware, etc. 4. Proposed cost.
