Renovation of a multi-residential development in Eagan, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received from qualified vendors for the elevator modernization at Oakwoods of Eagan, 2065 Park Centre Dr., Eagan, MN 55122. Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the bid documents as prepared by the Dakota County CDA, or its representative. A bid tabulation or other bid result will be furnished to those that bid the project. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The CDA hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.M.E.) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and / or proposals and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin. The Dakota County CDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Dakota County CDA.
