As of March 27 the project was awarded to Bennett Paving and Construction Inc for $165,259.50. DFCM Division Facilities and Construction and Management. Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services. Acknowledgement of dfcm general conditions and other policies is now required to view this event* due to this requirement, contractors wishing to view the bidding documents must create an account and sign in to the utah public procurement place website. At this historic site, a paved parking lot is needed to improve the functionality and appeal of this place. Over excavate an additional 12" of soft subgrade and fill with pit-run material. Provide and install stabilization fabric. Provide and install new 3'-0" wide concrete waterway. Road base fill material beneath asphalt area. Install 6" road base. Install 3" asphalt. Provide and install 6" thick minimum road base shoulder. Install 4" wide parking stall striping. Install 4" wide no parking striping. Provide and install ADA symbol. Provide and install new wheel stops. General Conditions. Project mobilization. Erosion control, sweep, and dust control. Construction survey and staking. Construction Cost Estimate: $124,000.00.
