Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 3,529-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) and City of Lincoln (City) hereinafter called Owner is requesting proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering Services for Construction of an Emergency Response/HAZMAT Storage Building Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of any solicitation provision must be submitted in writing to Purchasing and clearly identified as "RFP Number 23-048 Architectural/Engineering Services" Questions. Proposer should state the solicitation section reference, page number and the question Questions should be sent via email to Teresa Fleming (tfleming@lincoln.ne.gov).
